By accessing or using PassportBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
PassportBox is a Digital Product Passport platform that enables businesses to create, manage, and share product sustainability information. Our services include passport generation, QR code creation, label printing, and compliance monitoring tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to PassportBox. We claim no intellectual property rights over your product information, supplier data, or compliance documents.
6. Limitation of Liability
PassportBox provides tools to help with compliance but does not guarantee regulatory approval. You are responsible for ensuring your Digital Product Passports meet all applicable legal requirements.
